    Dear Bloggy,

    After chatting for a period of time with BF, we decided to go ahead and ballot for a house. BF saw a launch of Punggol Ripples and Punggol Sails, after slight discussion, done~ APPLY! Lol.

    We chose Punggol Sails in the end!

    Locations's good. Very close to the proposed Punggol Central in future. MRT & bus interchange just's ahead. Price reasonable. After doing some calculation, at least we don't have to fork out cash for the monthly instalment.

    The only thing is that the place's a bit small, about 92 sqm for a 4-room. But it seems like the houses nowadays are mostly like that, unless you're going for re-sale. Ermmm, don't really like the idea of re-sale though. No idea what's the history of the house like. ><

    We've been so excited about getting our place and even decided on what dog to buy! In the end, the conclusion's a King Charles Spaniel~~!

    Hello cutie, you're coming home with us in 2014!! (hopefully~)

    But still, it's not 101% guaranteed that we'll be shortlisted for balloting / getting the front queue no. as there are more than 1000 people applying for 407 units of 4-room. *faints* However, the good new is that 95% of the units will be reserved for 1st timer. Oh god, I don't want to have the last few queue no. I don't want to be forced to choose the leftover!! ><

    P.S. Oh god, puhleeeease grant us our choice of selecting our desired unit!
