    Dear Bloggy,

    Mood = State of confusion. Reason being? An opportunity cost between a nice boss and something I always wanted to try, mortgage loan.

    If were to go to AIA, I believe my ex-boss will definitely nurture us to be more competent, efficient and maybe a high-flyer eventually and hopefully? But insurance is not somehow not painted into my life portrait. I know he has been fighting the best packages for us and even forking out $$ to give us basic during our training month. But I seriously doubt that I can stay long in this business to give him his well-deserved returns via over-riding.

    On the other hand, a SCB staff told me, I have all the pre-requisite certs they required already and I can even do mortgage insurance for them, so not a problem at all. As we all know, banks are very particular about the numbers. And it's in millions. Eh, actually not that scary lahs. An average HDB case size is about $200, 000 already. But they work day and night, that's pretty scary. Plus the boss is factored in as a hinder as well.

    Gosh~ Can someone please tell me how do I calculate these intangibles to measure my opportunity cost? Haiz..
