    Dear Bloggy,

    Ever think back when we're young and ignorant, we tell our best friend "If you want to friend her, you cannot friend me". Sounds familiar? Bet this is like one of the phrases hanging from some kids out there all day long. Whenever we thought that this people is definitely our BFF, both started drifting apart. Maybe there's 101 reason. But how many of them are actually "valid". Yes, there's school, there's work, there's boyfriend/girlfriend, family, cats/dogs and what's not. Who doesn't have those?

    How many times have we heard about that "Oh, I'll get back to you" and eventually it never did. And again, on how many occasions, the "Ya! Meet up soon" came out verbally but yet, the meet-up never came. And what's more, how many BFF have you been changing all your life? Maybe 1? 2? 10? But deep down, maybe some realli have one of the BFF that remains as a BFF after 10 long years. How often do you think of this BFF?

    You can hang out with this person damn frequently, meet up for everyday during vacations, for anything under the sun from meals to tanning to sports to shopping to gossiping sessions. But one fine day, maybe you'll tend to comment on the things she did which don't please you or you can't accept. And before you knew it, WWIII broke out. BFFs turned their backs against each other, call each other names or even bitch slap one another. Who will in turn remember they used to spend so much time doing activities together? And the next minute, you find someone who you can clique with, your ex-BFF is outta your mind.

    Correct me if I'm wrong. I realized guys really have their BFF for long and it can last throughout their life, whereas ladies, not totally out, but less frequent. My conclusion is that guys tend to not bear grudges and they're more easy-going. I envy those that have BFF for long and they know each other's family/pets inside out. I don't even know where my ex-BFF since kindergarten went to, not to mention in contact. And my dad has few BFFs since secondary school and they meet up yearly for gathering!

    P.S. That's why people said, as you age, the opportunity cost are your friends. How true. For ladies.
