    Dear Bloggy,

    There's a posting in the student portal for Personal Banking Associate in UOB! To be exact, it's more to a sales position. There's a great deal of stress I have to consider, the ability to hit target, the level of customer service provided, it's just so result-oriented. As far as I know, for personal banker, there's no fixed timing to knock off and go for happy hour. There's telemarketing to be done after the "official" hours, meeting of clients and roadshows during weekends. God damn lot have to be done before establishing the customer base and to breathe some fresh air. At all. Well well, as for now, I think no harm sending in my resume? Oh ya, and have to market myself in the resume. It feels like it's that kinda praising-yourself-till-you-sound-like-almighty thingy. LOL.

    But seriously, the kinda job that I'm looking for is that kinda that will give me chances to travel aboard. I'm dying to leave my comfort zone and see how people work out there, experience different cultures, gain more insights even starting from scratch. I mean who wanna be a frog stuck at the bottom of the well forever? At least not for me. Thus, I think MNCs are lovely. And I mean American ones. No Japanese please. LOL.

    Recently I've done some planning for the near future:
    • 23: Graduate from SIM and HOPES to find a decent paying job
    • 24: Get my little ride.
    • 25: Further studies - Masters in Management/HR (PT)
    • 28: Get married (That's if someone wants me. LOL)
    • 30: Have the first kid (Preferably a girl)
    • 32: Make the second kid (Boy, this time)
    • 60: Retire~*!*~*!*~!*~*!~*!*
    How does it sounds? Seems like a perfect plan? LOL. I've read it somewhere, to retire at 60 with $2, 000 to spend per month, inclusive of investment returns, have to have a nest egg of at least $430, 000! If ideal expenditure is $5, 000 monthly, you need $1mil and have to save up $1, 000 monthly for 33 years!!!!! But who the hell would need to spend $5, 000 monthly? U don't go on holidays monthly, do you? DUH~ Investments in mahjong? NOT~!
