    Dear Bloggy,

    Time check: 7.56am and I've just got home. I've a sad romance story to tell still before something slips off my mind.

    Nearly 1year 3months ago, stranger boy meet stranger girl and they set a date to the movies, Death Note 1. Things turned out pretty well and soon after shy boy and shy girl starting meeting up more often. For 1 or 2 drinks perhaps?

    Boy: Haha. Are you drunk?
    Girl: Nono. But I'm red! I know!
    Boy: It's late. Let me send you up.
    Girl: Ohhhhhhhhhh.
    Boy: *initiated a kiss*

    It happened at girl's doorstep. She'd never forget that moment. That sets them dating for around 2 months.

    However, after some time, a lot of things ran through girl's mind. The boy she knew would spend every weekend drinking. She wonders, if they were to be together, does she have to spend her weekend alone cos she doesn't wanna drink? And is she ready to be tied down to a relationship? She is so confused, so she ran away. She ran away from boy, from the SMS and the calls. She knows that this would hurt boy but she didn't care much at the point of time. She just wanna be alone.

    Boy SMS: Why are you avoiding me?
    Girl: *no reply*
    Boy SMS: If you don't wanna be with me. I will set you free.
    Girl SMS: Okie.

    So happens that boy and girl met at dbl O one night coincidentally. As girl missed boy so much, she just hugged him throughout the night. But, after that night, girl ran away again, feeling pressurized and suffocated by her own thoughts.

    Boy SMS: I am really glad that I saw you that night. I was wishing that I can see you and suddenly you appeared in front of me.
    Girl SMS: =)
    Boy SMS: I hope we would have a chance to be back together. But guess I'm wrong?
    Girl SMS: Sorry.

    They seldom contact for the next nearly 1year 3months but girl always kept herself updated about boy. She'd browsed through boy's Friendster frequently and one day, she found out that boy is attached. Although it's stabbing inside, but she still tries to wish him all the best.

    Girl MSN: Good luck to you and your new gf.
    Boy MSN: It's my ex-gf and we got back together.
    Girl MSN: Ohhhhh. Still all the best. =)
    Boy MSN: *no reply*

    Girl thinking that boy hated her, she stopped MSN-ing him. And one fine day, boy called girl.

    Boy: Hey, how are u doing?
    Girl: *surprised* Ohh I'm pretty fine. Working in Starhub now.
    Boy: Haven't heard your voice for so long. Meet up for drinks soon okie?
    Girl: Sure!

    One day, girl went to meet boy at a pub. And she found out that boy is having on-off relationship with his gf. Trying not to be too over-inquisitive, girl didn't want to ask further. But it's after so long, girl really missed boy. Boy hugged girl as a friend but it almost make her want to burst out crying. Guilt, that is.

    Boy SMS: Have you reached home?
    Girl SMS: Yeap, are u still sober?
    Boy SMS: Ya. But still outside, going home soon. It's nice seeing you after so long.
    Girl SMS: Yeap. So much I hope I can turn back time.
    Boy SMS: *no reply*

    Girl really hoped that she never done this. She just hope that she can turn back time and make everything okie. If she tried to make boy stop drinking, all this wouldn't happen. But she never. Not even letting him know the exact reason.

    Last night, boy called girl and said that he's came back from taiwan after an army training. So girl meet boy and went down to a pub to celebrate a birthday of boy's officer.

    Boy: I really hope that you can come down.
    Girl: U sure your gf wouldn't kill me? LOL.
    Boy: I'm single. U still want me? :x
    Girl: Huh? What happenend?
    Boy: Ahh. Long story. Nvm.
    Girl. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Okie.
    Boy: Call me okie? Just wanna hear your voice. That's all.
    Girl: U will hear until sian de!
    Boy: I know I wouldn't. =)

    When boy hugs girl, she couldn't control anymore. She started sobbing straight away.

    Boy: What happened? Y u suddenly cry?
    Girl: I'm really sorry for the past. I really felt very bad.
    Boy: It's okie. It's already in the past.

    Girl cries even harder. Cos boy don't blame her at all! Boy bends down and kiss girl. Startled and surprised. But she responded back.

    Girl: Why u kiss me?
    Boy: I just dunno. Suddenly "sot tio"
    Girl: -.- wat the hell.
    Boy: Haha. *bleah*
    Girl: I just dun wanna be a replacement for your previous gf.
    Boy: U are not and you wouldn't be.
    Girl: So you're the same as before?
    Boy: Yes, I'm still the same as before. Same as before waiting for you.
    Girl: *double shock* But I thought you were attached previously?
    Boy: I tried to forget you. I tried and I failed.
    Girl: HUH? You mean that you're with your previous gf to forget me?
    Boy: Think and you'll know.
    Girl: *cries again*

    Girl never thought that boy would still be the same as before. She just thought that boy hated her. Or rather, she hopes that boy hate her, so she'll feel better?

    This time round, girl would definitely try to make boy stop drinking. If she failed, at least she tried. She really thought that if boy hasn't been drinking a lot, they'd be together till now. All girl wants is a normal relationship. Dates to movies, dinner and somewhere nice. Not in a pub where drinks are everywhere. It's free, so?

    But now, girl is willing to give love a chance, give boy and girl herself both a chance. Something is pondering girl. What if boy's ex-gf comes back? Would she be a stranded homeless kitten again?
